When will I receive my order?

All store products ship at different times.
If there is a pre-order period the product will ship 2 weeks from the closing date of the pre-order.
If there is no pre-order period, the products will ship in a monthly cycle or when the order minimum has been hit. If you have any questions about when your order will ship you can reach out to us.

Can I return my order?

All products are made-to-order, therefore no returns will be accepted. 

How do I know what size I am?

All brand’s sizes run differently. To be safe and because we do not accept returns, we recommend you reference the sizes in the product description to make the best decision on what to order.

Is my information secure?

All information that is given for order processing is not shared with any third-parties other then those that are used for order-processing purposes. No payment information is stored.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. 

I received an email that an item in my order is out-of-stock, what now?

There is a chance that your item may be out of stock after you placed the order. In cases like these, we will email you to let you know and refund your entire order. If there are items you still want that are in stock, you will need to re-submit your order.
